(Hood) 11 : 36
وَأُوحِيَ إِلَىٰ نُوحٍ أَنَّهُ لَنْ يُؤْمِنَ مِنْ قَوْمِكَ إِلَّا مَنْ قَدْ آمَنَ فَلَا تَبْتَئِسْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ
And it was inspired to Noah: "No one will believe from your people except those who have already believed, so you won't be desperate of what they have been doing.
As told in verses 71:26-27, the Lord inspired Noah to pray: "Oh My Lord! Don’t spare upon the earth anyone among the disbelievers. Indeed, if You spare them, they will mislead Your servants and will not beget any but wicked and disbelieving descendants." When Pharaoh became a transgressor after knowing the truth, the Lord inspired Messenger Moses to pray as explained in 10:88. See explanation 9:51; 10:89; 11:5; and 11:33.
